Travel PT/OT $150 Per VISIT-IMMEDIATE OPENING (Navajo Nation)
Victory Medical Solutions LLC is looking for individuals in the Navajo Nation area to fill immediate Physical & Occupational Therapy to patients in the home, or community setting as prescribed by the attending physician. Must be able to travel (one week on / one week off), familiarity with the Navajo language is a plus.

Principle
Responsibilities:
Upon physician referral, conduct an initial patient evaluation to develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames. Physical/Occupational Therapist must document treatments and provide documentation per policy and procedure. Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient's functional ability.
Physical/Occupational Therapist must assure compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies, as well as remain familiar with rules and regulations established by relevant licensing bodies.
